Fitness Journey Day 4 & 5
FITNESS
So I had to take a few days off from working out. There are some health issues in a close family member and it kind of took a toll on me wanting to work out. I know, not really a reason not to work out. Also, on Monday I got my second dose of the covid vaccine and it made me feel super tired and weak yesterday. Today I still don't feel 100% but I feel much better than yesterday. I did manage to get myself to do a 40 minute speed walk yesterday. So far today I have done a 20 minute rowing work out. I am getting ready to go outside and do another 40 minute speed walk. I have to keep myself going. If I let myself make excuses not to work out than I will never meet my goals. I can do this. I will add more to this post after I finish my walk and let you know how it went.
Update: So I did go on my speed walk. It was nice but it got hot towards the end. You got to love the summer heat. After I got done with that I worked in my garden for a little while. My garden plants are getting so big. They are a little scary. LOL. I got 4 large zucchini out of my garden so far. We had one that was air fried as a side for dinner. It was sooooo good. Anyway, overall today I feel like I was pretty productive today. I will talk to you all tomorrow.
