Fitness Journey Day 2
FITNESS
I got up this morning and weighed myself and did some measurements. Maybe one of these days I will share what these are but I do not feel confident enough to let myself be that vulnerable yet. I worked out on a rowing machine for 30 minutes. I followed that work out with a 35 minute speed walk / slow run. After I finished with that, I did 20 squats. I have been completely exhausted all day. I am planning on waking up early and getting another workout in before I meet my sister to shop. Hopefully, I can actually get myself up early enough.
