Fitness Journey Day 1
FITNESS
2020 and 2021 have been very rough years. 2021 isn't even over but I personally am so over it. Between Covid and multiple deaths and hardships with the family I have let my health, fitness, and diet all slide very far down hill. I have gained between 30 and 40 pounds since October of 2020. I am bound and determined to get back into a healthy state both physically and mentally. I am going to use all of you as my accountability buddies. I am going to update you all on my blog on how my fitness journey is going. I am going to do my official weight and measurements tomorrow but my journey starts today. So far today I have went on a 35 minute speed walk / slow run. I am planning on doing weekly YouTube videos to update you all with my progress. I am hoping that this will all go the way I have planned.
Update: I also did squats before bed.
