Fitness Journey Day 3

So, I managed to get myself up early enough to work out and get stuff done before going shopping with my sister. First thing I did this morning was weigh myself. I was disheartened to see I gained a pound. I am going to attribute that to muscles retaining water. I am not going to let that get me down. I did a 20 minute rowing machine workout. I followed that by a 35 minute speed walk and then 20 squats. To be 100% honest, I did not feel like working out this morning. I made myself do it because I know it is easy to make excuses and not do it. When I started my walk it was lightly raining outside. That helped me stay cool. I know I must keep pushing myself or I will not make it on my fitness journey. I have to do this for me and my family. Anyways, I need to get ready to go shopping now. Talk to you all later!!
